We wanted to let everyone know that we have completed 6 of the order issues list and are halfway through with list 7!
We won't be processing any more order until we return next Tuesday. Thank you all so much and we hope to see many of you at the show!

First of all, thank you all for supporting this awesome line!
Second, thank you all for your continued patience while we work out some of the kinks. We're making a lot of progress, and we should be able to be caught up very soon.
Please remember that this is still a very small company. Jason is working in the warehouse with 2 very awesome, very dedicated helpers, and I'm working remotely replying to everyone's emails as best as I can. For the record, I've volunteered to do this, and I still haven't received all of my order, just like many of you.
I'm working on replying to every email within 24 hours, and Jason is in the warehouse every single day packing and shipping orders, and as much as we'd love to be able to snap our fingers and get every ordered sorted out and shipped instantly, that's just not possible.
So what does that mean for your order? If you've emailed me, I've sent you a reply. If it's not in your inbox, check your spam folder (it's happened to a few people.) We will be prioritizing international orders first. The reason is twofold - international customers have already had to wait the longest to get ANY product, plus if we ship an international package that takes a week to arrive to the customer, and then a package the following day to a US address that only takes 2 days to arrive, it makes the delivery dates closer together, which means that everyone is basically waiting the same amount of time to get their figures in hand. That's fair, right?
Thank you all again for your patience. Let me reiterate that Jason's goal is make every customer happy, and we are working diligently towards that objective, but it takes time.

Hi, I’m Adam.
Like you, I love these toys, and like a lot of you, I had to wait a while to get them (I still don’t have Wave 2 in hand). Jason is incredibly busy trying to get the product out, and unfortunately, that sometimes means mistakes are made.
I’m here to fix those mistakes. My sole responsibility is to get you the awesome Animal Warriors of the Kingdom toys that you want, and have been patiently waiting for.
I will try to get this done as quickly as I possibly can, but please understand that these things take time. I promise to be as honest and transparent as I possibly can be, and I PROMISE that you will get your toys.

Im in the process of setting up our customer service email account that Adam Drake will be kind enough to handle for us.
I ask that everyone with an issue with their order, or just an order status update please wait until I have the email up and working correctly. This will ensure that your emails or answered quickly and effectively.
Unfortunately everyone with an existing issue will need to resend that concern to the new email.
The email will be [email protected] but it is NOT active yet. I'll post a follow up update to let everyone know when it is active.
We had this issue when the wave one orders weren't getting picked up. It's extremely frustrating for us to work long hours to get your orders out ASAP only to have those orders sit for days, so we rented a truck and dropped of hundreds of your orders ourselves!
After realizing that a few international orders were going out without wave one items we pulled all the remaining orders and looked through each order to make sure those packages didn't go out without all of the items. That being said, we unfortunately have to wait to hear back from customers who where affected by this via email.
We are so thankful for how much the line has exploded in popularity, and can't thank you all enough for the amazing support and excitement.
Part of this growth comes with what's commonly known as "growing pains" where we are growing and expanding so fast that we are scrambling to keep up and build out the infrastructure to support the rapid growth. Setting up this email is a step in that direction.

Hello Tribe!
We should finish up 98% of the Kickstarter and backerkit orders today!
I received several emails from international backers concerned that their orders are only for wave two. The digital invoice only shows wave two but you will receive both items from wave one and two. If for some reason you did not receive an item please wait until June 29th to email me about it.
Please rest assured we will get you taken care of, but we ask that you want until June 29th of in order to keep your email or messages from getting barried. We will get your items to you ASAP and don't want your messages to get barried.
Our local postal carrier came by today to let us know that the big truck needed to accommodate the giant amount of orders going out has been fixed and should make it's first pick up today!
