Shipping Update March 15th 2023

Good Evening Tribe!

We dropped off the packages that I mention were still in my vehicle early this morning so the tracking numbers on those should be working and active by tomorrow morning. In my excitement and relief on shipping out all the orders, I seem to have missed a few issues with backerkit and also wanted to address a few other concerns. 

A few quick notes to clarify some concerns and hopefully set everyone's worries at ease.

• International Backers: Your entire order will ship once wave two has arrived. 
• State Side Backers with orders containing more than 50% of their from wave two will be held until wave two arrives. 
• Backerkit Locked address: As of the time of writing this we have 49 backers whose addresses will not lock and allow us to integrate those orders for fulfillment. Please do not Worry, we will get those orders sent out one way or another.  I have reached out to backerkit for assistance to resolve that issue. 

I will be LIVE tomorrow evening on the Official Animal Warriors of the Kingdom Podcast if anyone would like to ask additional questions.   I will mention all these notes tomorrow as well and show off some early production samples from waves two, three, and four ;)

It's Alway!

Good Evening Tribe, the last Stateside Kickstarter packages have been packaged and shipped! (quick edit I did forget a few in my vehicle that needed reprinted labels.)

International Orders: the entire pledge for international orders will be shipped out all at once when wave two arrives. 

This morning started out with a special trip to the local USP hub to personally drop off your packages. While I was there I found out our address had been entered wrong and corrected that while we were there. 

This morning's orders that we dropped off.

The remainder of the UPS order was picked up this evening.
 

USPS
The local supervisor picked up packages yesterday and the regular lady apologized for not showing up the last few days (She did have the day off on Friday).  Thankfully she picked up today's orders!

I want to thank everyone again for your support and patience, we have a good game plan together for wave two and will be moving into a bigger facility with more help to hopefully cut the delivery time in half for the 2nd part of your orders.
 

What's next?! We have so much fun stuff planned out for 2023!

Wave Two is right around the corner and after that, we will roll right into the Primal Battle Wave!

Wave Three: Primal Battle Summer 2023

Now that we have multiple waves of parts tooled up and ready to go we can implement our plan for 3 to 4 waves of figures per year with 4 figures in each wave.

Wave Four: Gladiators Wave Fall 2023

Wave Five: Mala Wave Later Winter 2023

It is such a huge relief to have wave one finally out the door, we are so grateful to you and your support of the line, and this is only the beginning!

Wave One Shipping Update: Monday March 13th

Shipping Update: Monday March 13th

Before I forget...all international orders are being being held until wave one arrives.

USPS

The Post office came today and finally picked up over 200 of your orders! I they picked up while I was out to lunch so I wasn't able to get a photo of everything but it was an impressive lot.  Here is a photo of the remaining packages that were packed for them tomorrow. 

UPS

Unfortunately UPS still hasn't picked up last weeks orders even after setting up daily pickups over the phone on Friday. But not to worry, I already rented a uhaul for tomorrow to bring it to them myself!

This photo is a mix of last weeks orders as well as todays.

Thank you all for your patience and understanding.  It's been very challenging to get the package pick ups but we are already working on getting a bigger better location that is closer to the post office as well as the UPS hub. We should be done with all Kickstarter and Backerkit orders by the end of this week!
